Because our training is geared towards real combat, a certain level of fitness and conditioning is required, and Wing Chun Kung Fu facilitates the student to achieve these standards for his or her level.

All classes are composed of students of mixed standards, so advanced students can assist beginners which improves their standards, and advanced students get to recap on their basic techniques. All classes are taught and supervised by qualified instructors with years of experience, and private tuition for individuals and small groups are available from our instructors.

Mr. Michael Maguire celebrates his 50th year of teaching irish dancing in London & Essex.

His contribution to Irish dancing is widely renowned, travelling to many countries - Australia New Zealand & USA to teach workshops & share the cultural art of Irish dancing worldwide.

Along with Kathleen Maguire O’Shea, after winning her 3rd successive world title- together they formed Maguire O’Shea Academy & have produced many World champions (including their daughter also 3 X World champion Ellie Maguire.

Our academy has grown over the years. Over 90 professional show dancers, past pupils are teachers & adjudicators all over in the world of Irish dancing.

MOS now have 10 wonderful teachers, Viv O Gara, Frances & Steph Richmond, Katie Mcmorrow, Ellie, Mike & Dee Maguire & Claire Saxon - teaching all over London, Essex, Reading, Didcot & Switzerland to dancers of all ages and levels.

We offer Home- Ed Gymnastics for children who are Home schooled and want to make gymnastics part of their physical development. We teach gymnastics to children aged from 3 -16 years old from the fundamental shapes and movements through to full gymnastics moves. We also offer an afterschool club for those children who are at school during the day. Our sessions are fun, energetic and develop fitness, balance, coordination and strength.
